The Science behind the CollabRx Targeted Therapy Finders

CollabRx provides decision support tools to help patients and physicians rapidly and accurately determine which medical tests, therapies, and clinical trials should be considered for the treatment of cancer. These tools are based upon sophisticated molecular models of cancer subtypes, developed by CollabRx scientists in collaboration with leading cancer experts.

We publish snapshots of these models in peer reviewed journals, and also create online digital representations of each model's content. We use this digital content to build online apps that make the information in the model interactively usable by patients and physicians.
