CollabRx ONE is a unique personalized research program that provides oncologists with insights that can help guide therapy decisions for their patients based on the molecular and genomic characteristics of their patient’s specific cancer. CollabRx ONE is most appropriate for patients that have exhausted, or are nearly exhausting, standard of care options.

Our researchers use state-of-the-art genomic technologies to extract molecular information from patient biopsies, and then conduct full mechanistic analyses to potentially link a specific cancer to particular mechanisms and then to relevant therapies – either FDA approved drugs, usually off-label, or failing that, investigational drugs where the patient could potentially enter the trial. CollabRx ONE’s approach applies tools and know-how from pharmaceutical/biotechnology companies’ target identification and validation to single patients. The analysis is led by a scientific team with decades of collective experience at Millennium Pharma, UCB Pharma, Genentech, and Gene Logic/Ore Pharma.

We present our results including details of the mechanisms that we have found and drugs that address those mechanisms to the oncologist so that they can make a full and informed decision. We participate as a member of the existing medical team, helping the oncologist integrate our findings into the individual patient’s treatment plan as appropriate and revisiting facts/conclusions based on new developments in the patient’s course of therapy or new scientific and technological developments.
